Günlük maden suyu gereksinimi başta cinsiyet ve yaş olmak üzere birçok etkene bağlı olarak değişiklik gösterir. Bu etkenler arasında fiziksel olarak yapılan aktiviteler ve egzersizler, düşük nem oranı, yüksek hava sıcaklığı, lifli besin tüketimi, kafeinli ve alkollü içeceklere bağlı olarak idrarla atılan su da var. Beslenme uzmanlarına göre kişi ağırlığının 33 katsayı oranı ile çarpılması sonucu kaç ml kadar su tüketmesi gerektiği hesaplanıyor. Buna vücudumuzun elektrolit dengesini sağlamak için mutlaka maden suyu da dahil edilmeli" diye konuştu.</p>
